Gun Ana was officially born in 2020 in Stockholm, but the story of this suncare brand began on a ski trip in the French Alps, where Kajsa Regnér and Sigrid Osvald met, became friends and got talking about what the suncare market was missing.

Where does the brand name Gun Ana come from?
The brand name was inspired by an ancient sun goddess whose rays were believed to link the sun, earth and all living beings, which the founders related to their holistic approach and belief that everything is connected.
With that in mind, Gun Ana is striving to create a circular approach, incorporating oat oil upcycled from the food industry and using post-consumer recycled PET for their packaging.
