Medik8 Liquid Peptides review *Unsponsored*
Here’s everything you need to know about Medik8 Liquid Peptides and my unsponsored review.
I bought this product myself, this is in no way sponsored.
What is Medik8 Liquid Peptides?
Medik8 Liquid Peptides is a supercharged daily serum engineered to slow down and prevent the emergence of expression lines and deep wrinkles.
It boasts an exceptional 30% concentration of 10 different Peptides that work together to deliver smoother, firmer and more youthful-looking skin overtime.
The formula is also infused with Hyaluronic Acid which retains moisture for a plump complexion.
This serum can be applied in the morning and/or evening and is compatible with Crystal Retinal.
What makes Medik8 Liquid Peptides highly effective?
Medik8 harnesses the multiple benefits of peptides, which can address plenty of skin concerns and can do so much more than just enhance collagen production.
This is why Liquid Peptides features no less than 10 potent peptides at high concentration, plenty more than your standard Peptide serum.
But beyond crafting powerful formulas, Medik8 also focus on ensuring that these formulas will be effectively delivered and absorbed, and this serum is no different.
Leveraging state-of-the-art drone-targeted technology, Liquid Peptides delivers its powerful blend directly to where it’s needed most within the skin to maximise results.
What are the key ingredients in Medik8 Liquid Peptides?
This serum contains the following Peptides:
Matrixyl® 3000: A peptide blend that stimulates the skin to increase collagen production.
Copper Peptide: It penetrates deep into the skin layers to precisely support cells responsible for collagen production.
Expression Line Peptide: This cutting-edge peptide helps reduce the formation of fine lines by inhibiting the pathway that causes facial muscle contractions.
Carnosine: It prevents skin-damaging sugars from binding to collagen to reduce the formation of wrinkles.
Where to buy Medik8 Liquid Peptides online?
You can order Medik8 Liquid Peptides on Medik8 website as well as several beauty e-retailers including Cult Beauty and Sephora.
The RRP is £55, but discounts are available every now and then. I ordered mine when there was 20% off at Cult Beauty.
Medik8 Liquid Peptides unsponsored review
At the time of writing this post, I’m about to finish my first Medik8 Liquid Peptides bottle and I am planning on buying this serum again.
How I’ve been incorporating Medik8 Liquid Peptides into my routine
I’ve been using this serum morning and evening. It’s the first product I apply once I’ve cleansed my skin.
In the morning, I follow up with a Vitamin C serum then a moisturiser. In the evening, I then apply my beloved Medik8 Crystal Retinal serum.
What I’ve been enjoying the most about Medik8 Liquid Peptides
Here are the 3 elements that make this serum a keeper.
The silky texture: I love the smooth and lightweight texture that absorbs quickly enough, but still gives me time to gently massage it into my skin. Not only does this optimise absorption but it also activates muscles and stimulates blood flow.
The “Powerhouse” formula: As time goes on, I’m more interested in using less, but more effective products and this is why I’m now using a lot of Medik8 skincare. This multi-peptide serum works on multiple fronts to help slow down the skin ageing process in the long run. I’m really keen to keep using it, as I’ve already noticed that my skin looks and feels smoother.
Works in synergy with other ingredients: I love that this serum can also be used at the same time as Retinol/Retinal and other serums, such as Vitamin C serums. I didn’t need to completely change my skincare routine in order to use this serum, it perfectly slotted in.
Finally, whilst this serum may seem expensive, a little goes a long way and if you only apply a few drops a day as recommended, it will last a few months and will be worth every penny.
