Which Sunday Riley products are vegan and what are the best-sellers to try?
Sunday Riley is one of the most sustainable skincare brands out there, but which products are vegan? Discover the full Sunday Riley vegan skincare list and the best-sellers to try.
About Sunday Riley
Sunday Riley launched her own brand in 2009. The ambition since the very beginning has been to develop effective skincare that combines science-based active ingredients with botanicals.
Sunday Riley has always been eco-conscious which is reflected in the brand values and the focus on “green technology”.
A sustainable skincare brand
Sunday Riley’s key focus is on Green Technology and the brand’s efforts to protect the planet are recognised by the Green Lab certification.
An example of the many sustainable practices Sunday Riley is commited to is their own Zero Waste Oil Process.
This initiative ensures that nothing from the seeds used to produce the face oil goes to waste. The byproduct is used by other industries, from pet supplements to agriculture.
Sunday Riley is B-Corp certified and Plastic Neutral.
Is Sunday Riley cruelty-free?
Yes, Sunday Riley is cruelty-free and certified by both PETA and Leaping Bunny.
Is Sunday Riley vegan?
Sunday Riley isn’t 100% vegan, as some of their products contain animal-derived ingredients such as beeswax.
But they have several vegan products including their best-selling face oils. You can check the full vegan list below.

What are Sunday Riley’s must-try products?
New to Sunday Riley? I’d recommend starting with one (or more!) of these iconic skincare products from the brand.
C.E.O. Afterglow Brightening Vitamin C Gel Cream
This anti-ageing and brightening moisturiser is powered by Vitamin C (THD Ascorbate aka the Gold Standard of Vitamin C in skincare) to reveal a more radiant and even-toned complexion, whilst preventing signs of premature ageing.
The perfect moisturiser for dull skin in need of a pick me up.
RRP: £60 - Find it on Sephora UK, Cult Beauty or Space NK
5 Stars Retinoid + Niacinamide Eye Serum
This gentle yet powerful anti-ageing eye serum is supercharged with a 6% Retinoid Complex to promote collagen production and therefore reduce the appearance of fine lines.
The formula is also infused with Niacinamide, which has anti-ageing and brightening properties (perfect to target dark circles) as well as soothing Red Poppy Seed extracts.
RRP: £60 - Find it on Sephora UK, Cult Beauty or Space NK
C.E.O. Glow Vitamin C and Turmeric Face Oil
This is the most iconic product from Sunday Riley and if you’re only trying one product, I highly recommend choosing this super hero.
This radiance-boosting and nourishing face oil gives your skin an instant glow up whilst improving its texture and targeting signs of ageing.
The key ingredients are Vitamin C in its most stable form, which has multiple benefits from brightening to anti-ageing and uneven skin tone, helped by antioxidant-rich Golden Turmeric.
This face oil is also enriched with soothing Ginger, moisturising Cranberry Seed Oil and nurturing Jojoba Oil.
RRP: From £34 - Find it on Sephora UK, Cult Beauty or Space NK
Good Genes Glycolic Acid Treatment
Formulated with dull and congested skin in mind, this treatment is powered by tiny Glycolic Acid molecules, able to sink deep into the skin to efficiently remove dead skin cells and excess oil.
This serum basically removes everything that stands in the way of bright, healthy-looking skin!
Suitable for all skin types even sensitive, the formula also contains soothing Prickly Pear extract as well as purifying Lemongrass extract.
The result? Visibly clearer skin and more radiant complexion!
RRP: £85 - Find it on Sephora, Cult Beauty or Space NK
