“Since the start of this year I had lost all motivation to exercise, buried myself in work then I got a knee injury which left me in a lot of pain for a while, then lock down happened(!!!) and I comforted myself with food, I love food, especially all the stuff you shouldn’t eat day in day out. So in a nutshell I was feeling tired every day and horrible about myself. I had to do something, so I signed up to the 12 week Thrive programme. So I am now 3 weeks in, and it was definitely the best decision. It has reinvigorated my mojo for exercise. I am also eating better, although still allowing myself treats, the old adage of all in moderation is so true! Chloe helps here to give some suggestions and advise on ideas and alternatives. As i say 3 weeks in I have lost 4 lbs, and am more active than I have been in a long time, I make sure I do activity everyday (usually a min of a 3 mile walk) along with the workouts that Chloe provides. I have now got myself into a daily routine (esp. the working week), which will remain when working life starts to shift back to the way it was, if it does. As a result I am more awake, alert and feeling so much better about myself. Chloe is there as a little or as much as needed to help and boost when required, and I thoroughly recommend the programme! “I have always struggled with my weight despite being quite an active person I think due to having a not so healthy relationship with food. I engage in a lot of emotional eating and it’s been this way since I remember. I’ve been working with Chloe for a few weeks now and she has convinced me that slow and steady is the best way to go about achieving my weight loss goals in order to make long term changes. At first I found this way of thinking difficult as weight loss has always been a ‘quick fix’ thing for me and unless I got instant results I abandoned diets and programmes quickly. I’ve lost 5lbs so far following Chloe’s nutritional advice over the course of 2 weeks and I’m really happy with my progress.
