This 8 week personalised programme is for you if you’re looking for a structured weight training plan but don’t need ongoing support. You receive your bespoke programme within 48 hours and are ready to start straight away!
The personalised 8 week programme provides you with workouts based on your fitness goals, level, time and equipment available. They can be home or gym based, or both.
The Personalised Programme is for you if:
You already have some resistance training experience and are looking for a personalised plan which you can follow on your own.
You have a fitness goal in mind and need a hand to get started, or simply want to get back into a fitness routine.
You have access to a gym or have a variety of fitness equipment at home (at least a few pairs of dumbbells, some resistance bands and kettlebells).
