STANDING OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSION
What muscles does the Standing Overhead Tricep Extension work?
The Standing Overhead Tricep Extension is an excellent isolation exercise for your triceps (the muscles at the back of your upper arms).
How to perform the Standing Overhead Tricep Extension?
Start by standing with your feet hip width apart and your knees slightly bent. Engage your core and relax your shoulders. Life the dumbbell above your head and hold it with both hands.
Your elbows should always stay slightly bent and close to your ears.
Keeping your upper arms still, bend your elbows backwards until the dumbbell reaches the area between your shoulder blades.
