This machine is a great one to isolate your triceps (the muscles at the back of your upper arms). It’s a great triceps exercise for beginners.
How to use the Seated Tricep Dip Machine?
Adjust the resistance. Adjust the seat height so that you arms form a 90 degree-ish angle at your elbows.
Make sure that your elbows are pointing behind you.
Slowly push down on the bars, squeezing your triceps.
When you reach the bottom, pause without locking your elbows. Slowly return to the starting position without letting the weight touch the stack.

Brace your core throughout the whole movement.
Try to keep your elbows as close to your body as you can. Don’t let them flare out.
