About Vegamour GRO Biotin gummies

Vegamour GRO Biotin hair gummies are designed for those who experience thinning hair, want to stimulate hair growth or maintain healthy hair.

Vegamour heart-shaped hair gummies are 100% vegan, gelatin-free and gluten-free. They are naturally flavoured with strawberry.

What are the benefits of Biotin for hair?

Biotin or Vitamin B7 is an essential vitamin that our body needs in order to function properly (from nervous system function to metabolising nutrients) but doesn’t produce itself. We therefore need to get Biotin from our diet or take a supplement to prevent deficiencies.

Some research studies have shown that Biotin supplements may help prevent hair loss and stimulate hair growth.

Symptoms of a Biotin deficiency include thinning hair and brittle nails, so Biotin gummies are likely to help improve your hair health if you’ve been lacking this specific vitamin in your diet.

What other vitamins are important for hair growth?

Vitamins B5, B6 and B12 are also key nutrients for hair growth and hair health in general, as they support the production of keratin and collagen, two proteins found in hair.

Vitamins A, C and E are thought to prevent follicle damage by neutralising free-radicals.

Another micronutrient that is beneficial for hair health is Zinc, a mineral that promotes scalp health.

Unsponsored review of Vegamour GRO Biotin gummies

At the time of writing this review, I’ve been taking one Vegamour gummy a day for two and a half months. I was gifted a jar by the brand with no obligation to post and I bought some more afterwards.

I tend to lose more hair than usual a few months after a stressful period, and I also noticed that my hair is getting thinner. This is what let me to use these gummies, to improve my overall hair health but also to prevent hair loss.

Taste and texture

These gummies have a really nice taste and taking one every morning doesn’t feel like a chore at all. The natural strawberry flavour is much more pleasant than the artificial flavours you commonly find in other gummies.

They’re also easy to chew and slightly coated in sugar, which makes them less “gummy-like” which you may prefer if you’re not a fan of the traditional gelatin texture.

Did I see any results?

After taking Vegamour GRO biotin gummies for over 2 months, I am noticing that my hair is looking healthier, less thin to the touch.

I can tell that I’m getting some volume back and I find a lot less hair on my hair brush every day.

When my hair is at its healthiest, my curls are more naturally defined and I’ve definitely seen improvements compared to a few months ago.

I saw that some people mentioned that these gummies gave them breakouts and rashes. I’ve personally not experienced any skin issues or any side effects.

It’s hard to know for sure how much these gummies are helping, as I’ve also made diet changes to improve my vitamin B intake, but I’d like to think that they’re contributing to prevent Biotin deficiencies and support overall hair health.

I also previously used the Vegamour shampoo + conditioner and I’m still using the Vegamour hair serum.

If you’re looking for a solution for thinning hair or to prevent seasonal hair loss, it doesn’t hurt to give Vegamour Hair gummies a try for 3 months (the recommended length) as the root cause may be a vitamin deficiency!
