The best healthy food spots in London with plant-based options

Looking for a salad bar near your office or a spot for your acai bowl fix? Here’s a round up of the must-try healthy food spots in London with plant-based options!

The best London healthy food spots that are vegan-friendly

This post will be regularly updated as I discover new must-try spots!

Bobo & Wild

With several spots around London, Bobo & Wild recently opened in East Village, Stratford which is the location I visited.

The all-day brunch menu has something for everyone, whether you’re in the mood for vegan pancakes, a good old avo toast or a nourish bowl. They also have coffee, smoothies and a range of cakes you can’t resist if your sweet tooth is out to play.

I went there for lunch and had the fresh orange juice which was definitely worth £4,5 with the Buddha Bowl. I really enjoyed the blend of flavours, colours and textures, from the soft sweet potato & avo mash to the crunchy mange tout and the tasty tahini dressing.

I hope to be back for breakfast so I can try their pancakes, which looked incredible on the table next to me.

Check out the up to date menu.

Atis

Atis is Londoners’ go to spot for a quick, tasty and healthy lunch. There are currently 5 Atis locations across the city: Notting Hill, Eccleston Yards, Canary Wharf, Borough Yards and Old Street.

You can pick your salad or grain/noodle bowl from the seasonal menu or build your own from scratch. Possibilities are endless, and you can easily go there often without ever getting bored.

Atis caters for all diets, whether you’re vegan, pescatarian or gluten-free.

Rawlala

The clue is in the name: Rawlala is all about raw foods. From treats to cold-pressed juices, everything is exclusively home-made with organic and plant-based ingredients. This spot is located in Shoreditch, on 11 Hackney Road E2 7NX.

If you’ve been craving a tasty acai bowl (which is not easy to find in London), this is where you need to go! Also make sure to try one their raw treats such as the cinnamon roll.

The only downside is that there’s not really any space to eat in, just a couple benches but no tables. If the weather allows, you can go find a bench in the small park across the street.

Signorelli

Signorelli is a family business rooted in Stratford, East London. They have 3 locations, one near the Westfield centre and two in East Village. They make delicious coffee (my favourite oat flat white in the area), don’t charge extra for plant milk and the food menu includes a few plant-based options that are worth checking out.

At the time of writing this post, the vegan focaccia makes the perfect quick and hearty lunch, and you can’t miss out on their incredible vegan carrot cake. The cake slices are generously thick, so you’re definitely getting your money’s worth.

Urban Greens

Tired of boring salads? Head over to Urban Greens for “next-level salads” as they say. From the Seoul Chicken to the Jakarta or Shrimp Habanero, each one is a delightful and colourful combination of flavours and textures, made with fresh and locally sourced ingredients.

There are salads for every diet and even some plant-based desserts. The chocolate mousse is perfect for your afternoon sweet tooth.

There are currently 3 Urban Greens locations: Canary Wharf, St Pauls & St James Park.
