I had the opportunity to discover Perfino and their natural scent jewellery concept. Here’s what Perfino stands for and my honest review of their natural scent pendant set.

About Perfino
Perfino was born from a passion for natural scents and a desire to create products that are kind to the planet and free from all the synthetic chemicals your usual fragrance contains. A large amount of these substances can be absorbed into our bloodstream and the potential health risk they represent is unknown.
Perfino has one mission: “help people smell great without putting chemicals on their skin” which is achieved through an innovative product: an artisan-designed pendant that contains a subtle natural scent.

Natural scent pendant set
The set is made of a delicate pendant made from recycled metal that comes with a chain. This pendant will house a lava stone which will have been infused with a few drops of essential oils expertly blended.
You then wear this subtle and non-toxic scent around your neck, enjoying its delicate smell and the beautiful design of the pendant.
Creating your own set
This two-in-one piece of jewellery and natural scent comes in several options. You can choose between a recycled silver or gold vermeil, two chain lengths as well as the 3 different essential oil blends:
and breathe: floral notes and hints of wood which help you feel calm. The perfect wellbeing blend.
deep love: a joyful and relaxing scent made of Neroli and Bergamot amongst other oils.
power on: the top notes of citrus help boost your energy when you need a little pick-me-up.
The set contains 6 lava stones and a 10ml essential oil bottle.
You can also buy the blends and several essential oils separately when you need a refill.
My honest thoughts
I had never come across the concept of scented jewellery before and I absolutely love the idea, especially as Perfino only uses essential oils which not only smell good but are also full of benefits.
I chose the And Breathe blend which smells incredibly nice without being overwhelming.
My set came with a card explaining how to add the oil onto the lava stone then put it inside the pendant, which I found really handy and easy to follow.
Being someone who tries to live more sustainably, I appreciate the fact that Perfino puts sustainability and ethical practices at the heart of what they do. I also love the design of their pendant, it’s such a delicate piece of jewellery that is easy to wear and pair with any outfits.
